About BVE Labs

ENGINEERED FOR PROBLEMS THAT MATTER

BVE Labs is a Tampa Bay engineering, automation, and AI studio built on a legacy of systems thinking and more than a decade of healthcare-grade technical execution.

Healthcare rigor. Founder speed. AI-native systems.

Before BVE Labs, this work lived inside enterprise healthcare, clinical research, data platforms, and high-stakes technical programs. The studio brings that discipline to private practices, wellness operators, professional services, and founder-led teams.

Founder Story

BUILT ON A LEGACY OF SYSTEMS THINKING

The name BVE is personal. The operating standard is technical: build systems that can be trusted when the work matters.

BVE Labs is named after my parents as an homage to the two people who shaped how I see the world.

My father was an engineer who built SCADA systems for wastewater treatment plants. In the late 1980s, before most people had email, he predicted how the internet would connect everything. He taught me to see systems, not just code. To solve real problems that matter, not just build features. To think in decades, not quarters.

I loved computers and science, but I thought I would take a different path. I wanted to go into medicine and biology research to help save lives directly. A medical condition changed those plans, and I realized I would never make it through medical school.

So I reframed the mission: improve lives through engineering. I would build the systems that help health technology do its work.

That is how I ended up in healthcare engineering. Across Yale University, OncoHealth, Cotiviti, ZephyrAI, and other technical environments, I designed and deployed HIPAA-aware platforms, clinical data systems, automation layers, and enterprise infrastructure for teams that could not afford fragile software.

In 2025, I founded BVE Labs to carry forward what my father taught me: build systems that matter, solve problems that improve lives, and never stop learning.

HOW WE BUILD

BVE Labs is designed for operators who need practical systems, not slide decks. Every engagement is grounded in measurable business impact, secure implementation, and clear technical ownership.

ROI-Obsessed

We do not build technology for the sake of technology. If a system does not capture lost revenue, reduce overhead, or accelerate a business workflow, it should not be built.

Mission-Critical Reliability

Coming from SOC and HIPAA-conscious healthcare environments, we build with a zero-downtime mentality. When your phones ring, your systems should answer.

Radical Transparency

No hidden retainers or vague recommendations. We audit the system, show where money is leaking, and explain the math behind the fix.

True Technical Partnership

We act as your fractional CTO and engineering team. We manage the technical complexity so you can focus on running the business.

Healthcare Data

Architected regulated data systems and analytics infrastructure for clinical, pharma, and healthcare operations teams.

Enterprise Systems

Built production platforms where uptime, privacy, security, and operational accountability were not optional.

AI & Automation

Turned scattered workflows into governed systems for intake, search visibility, reporting, and operational throughput.

Capabilities

TAMPA BAY BASED. DEPLOYED EVERYWHERE.

Whether you are modernizing a practice, improving a site funnel, adding an AI front office, or needing senior technical leadership, the mission stays the same: turn complexity into systems that compound.

  • Custom AI workflows and automation systems
  • AI search visibility, schema, and site diagnostics
  • HIPAA-conscious architecture and secure data handling
  • Fractional CTO, roadmap, vendor, and implementation strategy
